Positive: Only good for sleeping. Negative: cleaning staff was rude. Coffee pot was not working. Staff did not clean the room to standard. A person died in the room next to us the first night we was there. They would not gave us another room when ask. But the girls in the office was very nice only

A very unique motif at this recreation center in The Villages, FL. Tastefully done and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit to just look around.

Went with a group of 6 recently for a beach trip. The unit itself is very nice. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is very functional, well air conditioned, and the whole complex is a simple cross walk away to the beach. If you're looking to just stay on the beach all day and come back to crash at the end of the day this place is near perfect. If you want to head west towards the city it's more of a hike and will take around 20-40 minutes depending on traffic to get to where you want to go. Biggest issue: the parking situation is abysmal. It's not really until you check in do you find out that if you're bringing a second car that you'll have to pay $25 a day at an RV lot two streets up. Alerio says it's a deal with Geronimo RV Park as it's normally $35 a day. One car can stay in the Alerio complex as long as you have a parking pass visible (given to you in your room when you check in). Another gripe: The unit we were staying in is meant to hold 6 or more people. We're given 2 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for a 3 night stay. As you can imagine, 6 people can burn through those items quickly. When asked by the management if we needed anything for our stay, we brought up if we could have just another roll of bath tissue and were quickly told we were SoL and had to go buy it ourselves at the store as it's a courtesy to even have toilet paper in the unit. Guys, it's a basic needs item. It's not March 2020, it won't kill your bottom line to have someone with a key unlock the closet full of them in the unit to give out when we needed them. Don't ask us if we need anything if you can't give us the most basic of basic things. +Good for small families/groups of 4 or less +Perfect if you want to stay at the beach all day long +Good condition of the units themselves -Not recommended if being close to city attractions is your thing -Not recommended if you're planning in going in a group larger than 5 (parking, needing to provide your own basic needs items)
